On an annual basis, the Council members elect officers to fill certain positions and to guide and direct the Council’s efforts during the coming year. The Installation Ceremony is a solemn occasion which includes each officers’ pledge to uphold the Council’s principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism.
