SUMMARY:Prep Work for Soup Kitchen
DESCRIPTION:On Thursday afternoon at 3:00 PM\, several brother knights are going to meet at the school kitchen to precook the hamburgers\, sausage and the meatballs.  We will put them in broth or sauce and store them in the cooler for pickup on Saturday and Sunday mornings.  If you are available\, we could use a couple of additional helpers to get it done in a short amount of time.  We are thinking two hours or less.  It will save us a lot of hassle on Saturday and Sunday at Kennedy House.
